need a telegram python script to send message,img,vid,emoji from one account to multiple telegram channels -- 2

I am looking for a skilled Python developer to create a Telegram script that can send messages, images, videos, and emojis from one Telegram account to multiple Telegram channels.

Content Type:
- The script should be able to send text messages, images, and videos. {possible or not im not sure you can give me suggetions}

Telegram Channels:
- I already have a complete list of Telegram channels where the messages need to be sent.

Frequency:
- The frequency of sending messages to the Telegram channels will be specified in the project description as a custom frequency.

I also need the script to be encrypted and a particular IP address can have access to that after they send me the activation key and i approve them for a particular period of time.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Python programming language
