I need a statistician who can run the Random Forest algorithm and model-agnostic approach which provides an explanation of results derived in Random Forest(Using R or Python).

I need to run the Random Forest algorithm for that data set and see how these independent variables impact the dependent variable
Then I need to run a model-agnostic approach which provides an explanation of results derived in Random Forest.
1 Dependent Variable: Tea (Binary: 1: tea-growing areas, 2: Non-tea growing areas)
5 Independent Variables: Rainfall (mm), Temperature (Celsius), Population, Slope (degrees), elevation (m).
