I need someone with good knowledge of GREEDY + LOCAL SEARCH and GRASP algorithms in PYTHON.

I have a problem statement which needs to be solved by using MIXED INTEGER LINEAR programming in OPL and that part I will do myself. Based on the constraints and objective function defined in OPL, I need HEURISTIC algorithm to be applied. Those are GREEDY, LOCAL SEARCH and GRASP algorithms in Python.
I have a Python code which is kind of a template (all algorithms done for another problem statement) and can serve as a guidelines for this problem statement.
