I need a smoothing software for cnc. To be able to smooth out optimised curves for alloy wheels.

I am looking for a skilled software developer who can create a smoothing software for CNC. The software should have the ability to smooth out optimised curves for alloy wheels from a provided g code from start to end point. The smoother needs the ability to target and manipulate certain areas of the file to be able to lower and raise certain points easily, in mm (metric). This will start from a tool 0.000 point. Would like the option for this to be used on another machine which would start from a machine 0 point but not essential at the moment.
