i need a small pc app to get post from FB group

I want to create a small FB app that would help me to retrieve messages from a FB group I'm a member of or admin.

the POC is very simple:
phase 1:
i need an that would run on my PC and the code of python
when i open the app i need to register with FB user and give it permission
then i need to fill the the groups id that i want and how many days need to be retrieve
then the app will retrieve the post and replies
for each post i need:
sender id, sender name, time, text, how many likes, how many replies, post link
for each post i need all of the replies with the following data:
post id, sender id, reply id, reply text, reply to what (other reply or post) with the id
i need all the data in CSV format
for any error the app will report the error description

phase 2 is to reply automatically to a specific post
i choose the post id () and provide the text for the reply
the app send reply to the specific post on my behalf (i'll write the reply)
for any error the app will report the error description

please specify cost for phase 1 and phase 2
