need a script to check on exchanges if the actions for each crypto are available

Hi I am looking for a developer who will make me a script preferably in Python to check on Hitbtc if the actions for each crypto are available. There are currently 506 coins listed on Hitbtc. I can give you a list to narrow down the coins actions to check. The script will be used to send orders to a trading robot. If you give me a good price for the script for Hitbtc, I will have you done the script to check about 20 other exchanges that i will give you.
