I need a python developer to develop a script for social media

I am looking for a python developer to develop a script for Twitter that can collect data and store it in an Excel/CSV file. The ideal candidate should have experience in the following:

- Python programming
- Twitter API
- Data collection and manipulation
- Working with Excel/CSV files

The script should be able to:
- Retrieve data from Twitter, such as tweets, user profiles, and followers
- Store the collected data in an Excel/CSV file for further analysis
- Handle large amounts of data efficiently
- Implement any necessary data cleaning or preprocessing steps
