I need a django app that will search the web for images and render the images based on user voice input. For example, if a user requests “nail salon”, the app will return 90 images with the term. The app will then rank the images based on the set of rules in the below document:

Searching the web should be done dynamically, which means that if a user does not request any query, there is no point in searching the web for gazillions of images. We’re not Google, Yahoo, or Bing. Thus, the application should only search the web if there’s a request. Please remember that the app is a standalone app, therefore, you cannot search anything from any search engine.
