I need someone to help me work on a telegram chatbot for automatically sending images to my telegram account.
This is part of an IOT project for sending images captured by an hardware surveillance camera to the telegram account of the building owner. I already have the code for capturing the images and uploading the images to the server. The remaining part is to take the uploaded image and send it to the telegram account of the owner.
The project is expected to be implemented in Python to maintain consistency with other parts of the project.
