I need a professional NLP coder for sentiment analysis in stock market

I would prefer person who already had working experience with machine learning and deep learning and his personal expertise should be in natural language and python language is preferred. when it comes to the project i want to create a bot which will indicate the stocks which are news and i want sentiment analysis for index and should use the global market data and index data for better prediction
