I need to make a project in PYTHON

Hello everyone. I need someone to help me with my python project. One of the main goals of the project is to use the pickle module (and other modules needed for the project). All necessary information and requirements about the project are listed in pdf. At the same time, I attached the necessary dataset here. I would like to note that although chemistry is mentioned in the project, no knowledge of chemistry is required. The necessary equations and exercises are given.
