I need help with automating a specific drop-down in a browser using Selenium in Python

I am looking for a person who can help me automate a specific drop-down in a browser using Selenium (Python). The drop-down in question is the main menu. Once an option is selected from the drop-down, I want to select an option. The expected outcome after clicking the option is page interaction.

I have tried a lot of things but do not work, I always get time out exception.

This work is really easy and shouldn't take more than 15 minutes if the person has experience and knowledge about selenium.
