need help in setting up a open source github project based on OpenAPI and Pinecone.

I am looking for a freelancer to assist me in setting up an open source GitHub project based on OpenAPI and Pinecone. I have an intermediate level of familiarity with these technologies and require someone with experience in the following areas:
- OpenAPI and Pinecone
- GitHub project setup
- Refining project ideas
- setup the code in VSCode and teach how to interact with my private github repo
- This public github project is about reading from multiple PDFs and then embed using Pinecone and create a chatbot.
- Would need a decent looking Frontend to interact with this Backend.
- The whole solution will be hosted on AWS Linux box. so the pdfs might be stored in either a local directory or S3.
The project has an immediate deadline of within a week. My specific requirements and features for the project are still being refined, but I have some ideas that need to be discussed and developed further.
