i need help implementing a deepfake github repository

I have found a github repository https://github.com/CorentinJ/Real-Time-Voice-Cloning
I want to be able to have a program that talks to me in the voice of famous individuals. i just need to feed it a tect string, for example. "good morning the weather outside today is x degrees Celsius." I believe this github repo will allow me to do that but after many attempts i have failed to implement it. If anyone can help me with this please let me know. i am very novice to coding but i believe someone with experience should be able to do this easily and fast. please let me know your price and estimated time. The code is all written in github i just camt seem to make it work on my pc. having issuers with installing the correct things
