Need help to write a small programme using turtlesim

In Python
ROS melodic
Write all these task in one python script ( see github project above):
1. Spawn 10 blue turtles and 10 red turtles and 10 white turtles
2. 10 Blue turtles should kill 10 white turtles, then only kill 10 red turtles.
