I need a flutter with machine learning expert to develop backend

I am looking for a skilled and experienced Flutter with machine learning expert to develop the backend for my project.

Requirements:
- Must have experience in Flutter and machine learning
- Must be proficient in Python for backend development ,lightweight version of
TensorFlow Lite / PyTorch Mobile,
- Should have expertise in training machine learning models using provided datasets
- Should be able to predict specific features using the machine learning model

Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Flutter and machine learning
- Strong knowledge of Python for backend development
