I need to do an experimental project in stock (derivatives) market

I am looking to conduct an experiment in the stock (derivatives) market. I want to create my own strategy along with visualisation using real-time market data. I have specific parameters in mind for the experiment and I will provide access to the real-time market data required to complete the experiment. My goal is to create a strategy that can produce better returns than what the market would typically produce. I understand that this is a difficult request and I'm looking for someone with a deep understanding of the stock (derivatives) markets as well as the experience to complete the project in a timely manner.
