I need an executable GUI built that connects to firestore

Hi! I have a backend of a project built and now I need a client-side GUI built,
My server side creates data that I update into firebase, it's not very much data,
2 strings and an int, the int is a unique key_ID that I generate and add to my str data,
I am quite novice with cloud computing and firestore db and am short on time so I'm hoping to hire someone to help me with this,
I'm not even sure what my requirements are on an application level to be honest, I only know what it is I need the results to be, not necessarily the best way to get them...
I want to somehow manage login credentials so that I can revoke access and limit access depending on users 'level/tier', it's a SaaS subscription service so I need to be able to distribute the GUI and then maintain my ability to cut off if a trial ends or payments aren't upto date.
I have a Figma design of how I want it to look, nothing too crazy, an initial setup screen, and then a 'home page'
and then a docs page, where I'll just add information on setup if needed.
The API/db call gets a dict {val1: x, val2: y, val3: z}
I simply need to make the call 1x/an hr.
which will return 28 value dicts like above, val3 is key_ID, so i need to check if any of the incoming values are new,
if they are I simply need to save it as a CSV in a dict that the user will specify in the 'setup' screen.
I'll leave the details up to you and what you think is best as I'm not entirely sure what approach is best.
Hopefully, that provides enough clarity. As far as what I need to do on Fireside you will have to let me know.
Python is ideal for myself, but not necessary so long as it meets requirements and can be bundled into a cross-platform executable, macOS, Windows, Linux
