I need a django/ python developer for small project

Looking for a python/django dev to help me build a website with Postgres backend. The website will have user login, user forms input, multiple sides, some data visualisations. Simple small project that I unfortunately have no time to work on myself. I will require well documented code at delivery. 3 weeks checkins would be nice and I can provide user stories and product backlog. The idea is to help me kickstart my project that I will then continue working on.
