I need to create my own language model for spaCy

As a data scientist, I'm looking for someone to help me create my own language model for spaCy. I need a developer who can use Python to build this model. I have already acquired a text corpus of data to work with.
The task is that I want to create different NER models for different tasks using spaCy
The problem is that the language model in which I want to implement the NER model is not in the list of applications. spaCy language libraries
I couldn’t find some kind of clear manual with which I can create this language model. I prepared the texts. All articles in this language from Wiki, books on various topics, user comments from different sites and social networks. networks
