I need a coder/programmer

I need to make a project for college using Python and Raspberri Pi. I can not use them at all and need help in building the coding, my project is a timer that is inputted by a 4x4 adafruit neotrellis matrix keypad and the timer is displayed on 4 single bit LED displays. When the timer is finished, two red LEDs will flash.
