I need a coder to help build a real-time audio and text summarizer on windows vms and over vpn on a network.

There are plenty of repositories of code to run this locally and they work fine. I am looking more for a non-local solution that can be used by many members of a network or group. Given the size of some of the ML models, I also view this as a constraint as the good ones are >1Gb which is a lot for numerous local machines. I have reasonable familiarity with python and was thinking I could load the models in Google Drive and run off colab but unclear if this is an option. I recognize too that there are some paid options out there that exist already and can integrate seamlessly with applications like zoom or teams. However I’m concerned about privacy (just read the Tik Tok ToS as an example) and hence with the multitude of code sets out there I am hopeful someone can piece this together rather easily. Also note that the program should be able to work in a VM and over VPN. Primarily windows machines.
