I have a project to code a Bayesian optimiser which should be used to maximise an unknown blackbox function, taking known inputs and known outputs to do so. It needs to be able to either recommend the next best inputs to try or allow the user to enter them. Additionally, it should also provide a 3D plot and allow different parameters to be changed. For this project, I would prefer the freelancer to use Python as their programming language and the Scikit-learn library/framework for the optimisation process. The 3D plot should be an interactive one.
