I need an api Etl to run, I have the python scripts

I have a project that we report social media posts and profiles of instagram, Facebook, twitter, and LinkedIn marketing accounts. I have some python scripts that authenticate and extract and Load the data from Sprout Social (our marketing management platform) that we used to run on a biweekly basis and gather it up to report monthly. We load it into a csv file to put into a database. We missed February and March reporting and we need to report these two months. We want to update tables for these months and last time we ran it was Jan 31. When adding the new months data to January we want to add it ontop of January and we do not want to delete the historical data.
