As shown in the image attached, I need a Keras-based ANN in python which is coupled with a system of ordinary differential equations. I do not have the real values for the ANN outputs (i.e. μs), so I cannot train the ANN independently, but the real values for xv, titer, Glc and Lac are available to build the loss function (estimated μs are used in the ODE set to caluclate the 4 outputs shown in the image).
