We're in need of Odoo performance optimization experts

We're in need of experts in Odoo database optimization and performance experts for a large project we're working on for a client. You MUST be and Odoo high level expert. Non-Odoo experts will not be considered. Experts with 5+ years of dedicated Odoo customization and database experience will be given preference. You must be available for scheduled meetings during US Central Time. We are specifically looking for developers ONLY and not an outsourcing company or project managers.
Our client's Odoo database is large and we're getting memory errors when we attempt to process a couple hundred items at once. The client has around 10k products, around 20-30k of customers and millions of sales records. We're having trouble finding the issues and are looking to hire some high level expert or 2 for about 10-20 hours a month. We need someone to help figure out where the bottlenecks are and work with us in breaking them up so our team can focus on their regular tasks.
We would like to have each task estimated and handled as a project. We expect to pay for a couple hours of discovery time to create each estimate.
