I need a KIVY interface for my OpenCV project

Hello. I am doing a mobile app, "Driver drowssiness detection". When you close your eyes for a certain amount of time, or yawn, an alarm will be triggered. I coded the part for eyes and yawn detection, i just need you to build me a USER INTERFACE using KIVY framework(along with the alarm method).
The UI will have a "Start" button which will start the app, a drop-down menu where we can select from multiple sounds(the sound you select will be the alarm), a slider for volume(adjust the volume for the alarm) and a "test alert" button(you can test the sound selected).
