multivendor marketplace with django

Need a multivendor marketplace developed in django (Rails...?) prefer django.
Requirements:
Database: postgres
Login, logout authentication,
Shopping cart (add, delete items from cart)
Place orders using stripe on checkout from cart
pays vendors with stripe connect minus the platforms fee.
Vendor dashboard,
Customer shopping history,
Admin dashboard
