AI model training. Self learning module

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my project on AI model training. The ideal candidate should have experience in training AI models specifically in the field of Natural Language Processing (NLP). I am looking for a self training module that will structure the data for the AI model and pseudo label the data based on some reinforced learning.

Dataset:
- I have a specific dataset available for training the model. BLOOM model

Intended Application:
- The trained model will be used for developing a Chatbot.

Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in AI model training, particularly in NLP.
- Proficiency in machine learning algorithms and techniques.
- Experience with Python and relevant libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing and cleaning techniques.
- Ability to evaluate and fine-tune the model's performance.
- Good understanding of chatbot development and conversational AI.
