I am looking for a skilled ML/AI developer to create a model that can extract vehicle registration numbers from static images of license plates. The model should be developed using Python programming language. Additionally, the model should have supporting code to edit the images to optimize the OCR process.
Specific requirements for the project include:
- The ML/AI model should be trained on license plates specific to my region.
- The OCR process should have an accuracy rate above 95%.
Ideal skills and experience for this project include:
