matlab to python code conversion

We are seeking for someone who can convert matlab codes to python. There will be need of mathematical knowledge to convert these codes and all of functions written in matlab to understand these codes need someone from automotive domain. The project should be handled with solo responsibility. Our availability/functional involvement would be limited.
Work process;-
Manual development of code in python > Testing of functionality of python codes > Validation > releasing of package
Expected time for converting of matlab code to python = 160-180hrs
