making a python program ( 2 files ), one to send a message and the other to receive it, via socket, it should also be able to send files

I am looking for a Python programmer to create a program consisting of two files. One file will be responsible for sending messages, while the other file will handle receiving messages via socket. Additionally, the program should have the capability to send files.

THE SENDER SENDS THE MESSAGE USING THE RECEIVERS IP ADDRESS

Message Type:
- The program should be able to send text, images, and files.

Preferred Method for Sending Files:
- The client prefers using FTP for sending files.

Expected File Size:
- The files that will be sent are expected to be large, with sizes exceeding 10MB.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Python programming is essential.
- Strong knowledge and experience in working with sockets in Python.
