make some changes existing python script to send webhooks when triggered by twitter tweets

The existing python script in the first link is nearly perfect, but I do not want to trade on binance. Instead, I want to trade with my alertatron with webhooks.
So upon getting triggered by a tweet (instantly), the script will filter and scan for keywords "dogecoin" "doge" "bitcoin" etc, then I want to be able to send a webhook with a specific text.
The additional element I want is that I want to be able to add additional webhooks with text if needed.
I need all of the fields customizable for me:
Twitter user to follow
Text to search for in the tweet (multiple)
Webhook address(s) (optional multiple webhooks)
Text in webhook
The reason why zapier did not work is there is a 1 minute refresh waiting for tweets. I need this to be instantaneous. So as soon as a push notification of the tweet is made, the webhook needs to be sent without delay .
