I am looking for a Python programmer who can do a Selenium Web Scraper that can efficiently scrape information from Website A url list and add it as new forum posts on Website B.

I am looking for a Python programmer who can develop a Selenium Web Scraper for me. The main goal of this project is to efficiently scrape information from a list of URLs on Website A and add it as new forum posts on Website B. 

Requirements:
- The scraper should be able to extract text information from Website A. 
- only text and url list will be scrapped from website A and posted to website B ( forum new thread ) .
- The scraped information should be posted on Website B as the same format as on site A . 
- The ideal candidate should have experience in web scraping using Python Selenium library. 
- The scraper should be capable of automatically scrapping &  posting the scraped information on Website B, eliminating the need for manual submission. 
- the scraper shout check the website A for a new post & Link every 30 minutes or whatever time set on the app config file.
