E-library management system writing

I am looking for a freelancer to write an e-library management system with the following features:
- User authentication and registration
- Book cataloging and search
- Borrowing and returning books
The targeted user base for this e-library system is students. Therefore, it is important to create a user-friendly interface that is easy for students to navigate.
I would prefer the e-library management system to be written in Python, but I am open to suggestions if you have experience with other programming languages.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
