A level comp sci course work
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I’m developing a simple 2d maths based platformer through pythons pygame but struggling to do so.The code must be at least a A grade standard including the following
1.simple maths times table based questions with the user selecting in the main menu what times table the levels questions should ask, each level should ask 3 questions before moving onto the next level with the max level for each times table being 10.As the coursework is targeted to a primary school audience the questions should remain easy.
2.Enemies and obstacles within the game that get harder as the player goes through the level
3.A main menu which prompts the user to make a username their score through collecting coins on the map and progressing through the levels should be recorded on a leaderboard section
4.The python code should include clear notes so I can understand the code and write about it
5.levels should change every few times the player moves up levels eg level 1s design should be different to level 5s through the terrain placement this will help to make my code more complex through this
