Q-learning & Deep Learning for Knapsack

I'm looking for an expert in Python and machine learning who can solve the knapsack problem for my assignment using Q-learning and deep learning techniques. This project will also involve comparing these modern methods with traditional algorithms like the greedy algorithm.
