jupyter wave generator

based on a input file in excel i would like to generate a timewaveform as a wav file and csv. the input file shows frequencies and amplitudes, as well as a factor for 1:modulation of the signal (amplitude variation) , 2:The shape of the sine(sine or square), 3:freq variation in hz+-, 4:noise factor to be applied to signals. all signals will be recombined and a spectrum will be generated for that signal. in jupyter notebook.
