java simple certificate add (5 stars)

Please note I have a database up (finally up) and have this program that works with it, now I have a mysql command that works with it and can show you and give the certs so you can test. If you can get my "working" programs working with the database, that is the key.

Getting this working correct is the goal. It will be nice meeting you and surely an honor. Money is tight having cancer and being out of work, but if you can do this for a cost about $12 that would be appreciated as I can not afford anything high.
