instagram Pvaaccounts unlimited with proxy

so here im talking about a project which can make unlimited instagraacoounts with mail https://mail.ru/ or https://app.anonaddy.com/ or https://temp-mail.org/en/ its all good but i need to make alot of accounts and for every chrome i want a new proxy to be used ill buy proxy which you will advise me as from my exp i would say rotating or 5 min proxy will work great and i would like to make 2-3k instaaccounts per day i have 4 LOW END computers working on windows 8 and one more pc HIGH end, total 5 pc and 60-70 real physical sims and im also thinking to use proxy from these physical sims this project need to be completed soon ONLY APPROCH if you can put all your efforts in this with all your time, dont bid if you have other tasks or anything as i need this to get 1st preference and the my requirement should be completed of making bulk insta acc with email verifications, working with selenium can also be worked but ill pay less for that as selenium cant manage 2k accounts as it need threads too, if you are confident with selenium we can discus further
