iGaming Backend Developer Required
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
We are looking for an experienced iGaming Backend Developer to join our team for slot projects. Initially, the role will focus on handling and processing RFP (Request for Proposal) requests, assessing project requirements, and contributing to technical proposals. Once projects are approved, the developer will transition to full-time development work on these projects, building and maintaining robust backend systems.

About the project:
- Project description: Creation of an iGaming platform with basic games: Slots, Casino games, Blackjack, Crash, and Plinko. You will be responsible for mathematical models, algorithms for win probabilities, and the entire backend lifecycle.
- Projected duration of the project: 6-24 months, first time part-time (2-3 hours a day)
- Team size: The team from PA’s side is a full team, including BA, QA, Art, PM, and Frontend.
What you need to join us:
- 5+ years of backend development experience in iGaming or casino projects.
Expertise in game mathematics, RTP calculations, and random number generation (RNG) algorithms.
- Strong skills in server-side programming (Python, Java, C++).
- Experience with API development, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud-based scalable solutions.
- Understanding of security principles in the gaming industry.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Git version control.
What tasks will you work with:
- Mathematical Game Logic: Develop and optimize algorithms for win probabilities, jackpots, bonus games, and other mechanics, ensuring compliance with safety and fairness standards.
- Dashboard Development: Build and maintain dashboards to monitor game performance, bets, winnings, and statistics.
- Admin Panel Integration: Develop APIs to manage game settings, payouts, users, and reporting.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers for seamless integration and coordinate with the art team to implement visual effects.
- QA & Testing: Participate in testing and incorporate feedback to improve game functionality.

- Experience developing real-money or virtual casino games.
- Knowledge of game mechanics and player psychology.
- Background in international iGaming projects.
