I am looking for a Python developer who can create a ball detection system that specifically focuses on detecting baseballs. The system should be able to accurately detect baseballs in both indoor and outdoor environments with a high level of accuracy (90-100%).

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience working with computer vision libraries such as OpenCV
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms for object detection
- Familiarity with image processing techniques
- Previous experience developing similar ball detection systems would be a plus.
