help me configure pycharm, azure and some credentials with my computer

I am looking for someone to help me configure PyCharm and Azure on my computer for personal use. I am an intermediate user with some experience but need assistance with setting up credentials. The ideal candidate will have experience with PyCharm and Azure, as well as knowledge of credentials management. This project has a strict deadline of two days, so the ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently and effectively.
