help building a back end for a platform im working on. python/django

I taught myself to code during the lockdowns and eventually began working on software for my industry. I am looking to get the project overall finished by the spring of next year but need the backend finished well before then so that I can start focusing on the front. I already have the majority of the models built out, but require help and a little guidance on what's left. additionally, the implementation of an API. The project is designed as a headless backend and I would prefer if you have experience with graphql.
The project is based on python/Django 3.1+ and will need an API implemented preferably with graphql and drf where appropriate. Some packages of note would be, Django-tenants for multi-tenancy, celery for async, Django-rest-framework / graphql for api. The entire project is dockerized. This is only help on the backend as the front end has yet to be implemented and I will be looking to find other people if need be for that.
