google indexing pages tools

I want to build a tool, frontend and backend for Google indexing pages using the Google Indexing API.
I want to build a minimal viable tool. I think that Node.js y Python are adequate tools. I listen to suggestions
The user must sign up when entering the website.
The tool will be free initially, but the user must sign up and then sign in with their Google account.
When the user enters the domain, the tool must request access to Google Search Console for permission.
The user gives permission to google search console. The tool downloads the non-indexed urls for that domain and adds them to a bulk listing to send for indexing.
The tool analyzes the urls sent a few days later, to see the statistics of the indexed and failed pages
