2D geotechnical seismic site response analysis using OpenSees and Python

I am looking for someone who can help me to quickly implement a relatively simple model for 2D seismic site response analysis using OpenSees and, in particular, the OpenSeesPy package. Previous experience with OpenSees and OpenSeesPy are required. A geotechnical background is preferrable though it will be sufficient to have a good understanding of concepts such as total and effective stress analysis and constitutive soil modelling in OpenSees.
