gRPC expert for audio streaming

Hello,
I am building a real-time speech-to-text streaming server/client.
I am trying to use gRPC to implement the streaming server/client.
The server will be implemented with Python.
and the client will be implemented with C# on Windows.
I want a simple audio streaming server/client demo with gRPC.
