fix python scraping code - virtual environment (vmware)

My boss are looking for a freelancer to fix Python scraping code in a virtual environment (VMware).
The code works on pc, but when he try to run in vmware windows 10 pro he got this errors (the vmware windows 10 pro is a fresh install and is updated) he use pycharm.
Requirements:
- Expertise in Python and web scraping
- Experience working with virtual environments, specifically VMware
