fix odoo 15 community error

I am looking for an experienced developer who can fix an error that I am experiencing with my Odoo 15 community edition. The error is related to general usage and not specific to any module or functionality.
after uninstall app the following error start appears
"UncaughtPromiseError
Uncaught Promise > QWeb2: Template 'Tip' not found"
