fit the ellipse in RBC Blood cells

split the overlapped RBC blood cells and fit the ellipse on individual and splitted overlapped RBC cells. And applied optimisation technique after fit the ellipse to perfectly fit the ellipse using python. I updated one sample image to understand the concept. I need new methodology for this approach.
